& Speaking
Innovation comes from divergence, not following a plan. I help companies explore making ADHD part of their success strategy as they adapt.
Hello, I'm Gary, from Ireland, and I have ADHD.
After a 20+ year tech career, including roles as Founder, Managing Director, General Manager, and Head of Product, I decided to leave it behind and have trained on something closer to my true strengths and values, discovered through ADHD coaching.
Diagnosed with ADHD in Ireland back in 2014, I initially improved with medication for a couple of years but was left stuck and burned out. I reached a stage of denial and tried to outsmart ADHD. Predictably, that strategy didn't work.
A new approach, including coaching transformed my understanding of ADHD and myself. I now help similarly "stuck" ADHD individuals, especially adults, managers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, through ADHD coaching.
I also offer ADHD Business Training and ADHD Business Consulting to help project delivery teams and leadership support and understand ADHD in the workplace.
ADHD individuals are often the innovators and amongst the most genuine and creative people on your teams, but they need a little support in return for all they can give back.

Working to improve your ADHD experience at the points of performance
ADHD means knowing what to do but inexplicably not doing it, leading to frustration and perceptions of laziness, even with ourselves.
We can pay attention but can't point and sustain it appropriately, often only completing tasks under extreme pressure or hyperfocus. Despite this, we’re creative, resilient and empathetic, often prioritising others over ourselves.
As a certified ADHD Coach with combined presentation ADHD, I view ADHD as a performance issue that can be improved with awareness and new approaches.
Coaching transformed my experience, and I believe the right coach can help others achieve a more comfortable life that fits for them as they are.
